Join us for a pre-holiday paleo challenge. 30 days of healthy eating and serious training to build some momentum going into the holidays. This challenge will help dispel many rumors associated with the paleo diet and your coaches will assist you in planning meals to provide a substantial caloric load to support your CrossFit training.
