8 Week Healthy Habit Challenge at Amity


At Amity, we are going to start the year off right with an 8 WEEK HEALTHY HABIT CHALLENGE!

The details:

  • The challenge runs Monday, January 11th - Sunday, March 6th
  • For the first six weeks, we incorporate one new healthy habit a week (habits build in complexity from prioritizing sleep and exercise to increasing protein intake and focusing on mobility to support athletic performance) 
  • For the last two weeks, we maintain all six healthy habits
  • Each day, you track your compliance with a personalized tracker sheet that shows you all eight weeks of entries
  • The cost of entry is $20 - bring cash to the gym

Why should you do this?

  • The six healthy habits featured in this challenge are sustainable well beyond eight weeks.  By participating in this challenge, you will gain valuable insight into how these habits can support your athletic performance as well as overall health and wellness.
  • You will receive weekly information about how each healthy habit has the potential to help you
  • You will have one on one support as needed throughout the challenge
  • There will be small group sessions on protein requirements and mobility techniques to set you up for success
  • There will be great prizes for top finishers

  • Please let Sarah know that you are participating no later than Saturday, January 9th so that she can set up your tracker
