It all started when...

We offer classes for both Kids (age 4 - 9) and Teens/PreTeens (age 10 - 17). 

Teens and PreTeens (MWF at 4 pm) offer safe, fun and challenging workouts to help stay in shape and build athleticism for school sports. 

Kids classes (Tuesday at 3:30 pm) offer a number of exercises and movements to keep kids active, build coordination, and prepare children to move well as they grow.
